I) Virtual office – business address and mail forwarding services
For the interested clients, we provide a package of virtual office services:
- virtual business address for registration of your company in downtown in Beogradska 57, Belgrade
- receiving and forwarding complete incoming mail in the name of your company.
This service is especially interesting to clients who are just starting their business in Belgrade or Serbia, as a transitional solution until they find/buy the suitable business premise for the company.
Frequent users of virtual office service are the companies whose employees are working out of office. Because of that, they need someone who guarantees that every mail or post will be received.
II) Corporate office – in addition to the above stated services, we perform the following:
preparation of corporate documents
- preparation of documents and opening bank accounts
- notarization of documents
- change of name / seat of the company, change of directors,
- increase / decrease of capital,
- amendment of articles of association
- preparing documents and opening a corporate bank account
- applying to the Registrar of the companies for additional corporate documents
- voluntary liquidation
III) Office representatives – this service includes representatives of company, mainly directors and owners of the company, both natural or legal entity. We also provide services of a payment provider, signatory of tax returns and annual accounts.
