Labour law is the name for a set of legal rules governing the formation, content and termination, as well as the legal status of subjects of labour law.

Our office is here to assist you in making a contract of employment and any variation of the that contract, and to provide advice on labour relations.

We represent clients before the Agency for the peaceful settlement of labour disputes and in  front of the courts in employment-related disputes.

For Foreign clients, we provide representation before the competent authorities of the Republic of Serbia in the process of obtaining work permits and residence.
