In relation to insurance we help clients to prepare the necessary documents for property and life insurance, we represent clients in disputes relating to insurance, we advise on the drafting of agreements out of court settlement.

The damage can be tangible or intangible.

Compensation for material damage is natural restitution and monetary compensation.

Compensation of non-pecuniary damage is done in the form of monetary compensation, so that the injured person can obtain the funds in order to get some kind of satisfaction. Claim for non-pecuniary damage passes to heirs only if recognized by a final court verdict or written agreement.

We provide representation in proceedings regarding damages as well as representation in the proceedings on damages for infringement of the Law on Public Information.
