The contract is the binding rule for the contracting parties and enables the implementation of business ideas that participants in the business wanted to achieve.

Two or more subjects in a contracting process should articulate their relationship and to reach the fulfilment of the contract. In a case of a dispute, each party should be sufficiently protected.
