Therefore, we have prepared several useful tips.<\/p>\n<p>For submitting of request for approval of temporary stay it is necessary to enclose the following:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>valid travel document<\/li>\n<li>notification of flat<\/li>\n<li>two photographs (<em>4 x 3 cm, colored, enface<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>filled forms (<em>three copies<\/em>)<\/li>\n<li>proof of paid submission fee for stay<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Temporary stay can be authorized to a foreign citizen if he\/she, along with request, encloses proof:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>that he\/she has enough means to support himself\/herself;<\/li>\n<li>that he\/she has health insurance (<em>Please note: \u00a0from our experience that proof is not always necessary<\/em>);<\/li>\n<li>justification of the request (<em>Please note:\u00a0 Temporary stay in accordance with purpose of temporary stay that can be authorized to a foreign citizen which intends to stay in the Republic of Serbia longer than 90 days.<\/em>)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Depending upon basis for temporary stay, it is required to enclose the different documentation. Those bases for stay are:<\/p>\n\n\t\t<div class='et-custom-list'>\n\t\t\t<ul>\n<li>Foundation of company, branch or bank<\/li>\n<li>Foundation i.e. ownership of independent business (commercial, handcraft, catering industry etc.) or agency<\/li>\n<li>Consignation, Agreement on Business Cooperation, Agreement on Business-Technical Cooperation and Transfer of Technologies<\/li>\n<li>Setting up of the employment<\/li>\n<li>\u00a0For citizens of former SFRY republics that set up employment as domestic citizens<\/li>\n<li>Carrying out of temporary and occasional jobs (up to 90 days)<\/li>\n<li>Foreign athletes<\/li>\n<li>Marriage with citizen of the Republic of Serbia<\/li>\n<li>Common-law marriage with citizen of the Republic of Serbia<\/li>\n<li>Kinship with the citizen of the Republic of Serbia<\/li>\n<li>Private visit<\/li>\n<li>Family member of foreign citizen staying temporary<\/li>\n<li>Accredited journalists<\/li>\n<li>Engagement at NGOs<\/li>\n<li>Foreign priests<\/li>\n<li>Education-studying-language studying<\/li>\n<li>Training and practice<\/li>\n<li>Highly professional specialization<\/li>\n<li>Employment of Lector and Professor at University<\/li>\n<li>Work at foreign Diplomatic Missions and Consular Posts and private visit to Diplomatic Missions and Consular Posts personnel<\/li>\n<li>Medical Treatment<\/li>\n<li>Officers of international institutions (World Bank, IMF&#8230;) and consultant companies engaged on realization in cooperation with other state bodies<\/li>\n<li>Property of residential or business
