With the development and improvement of our society there are evidently more\u00a0 foreigners in the Republic of Serbia. Regardless of whether an foreign citizen is here attending some kind of school \u00a0or currently working in the RS, we get to the following questions: visa procedures, residence, permanent residence of foreigners, asylum, various measures against foreign nationals.<\/p>\n
These and other issues are regulated by the Law on Movement and Stay of foreign citizens . A foreign citizen should \u00a0communicate with the police department and for foreigners that has three divisions: the Status of Foreigners and Control, Department of the reception and accommodation of foreigners and the Department of asylum.<\/p>\n
How procedures can often be insufficiently clear, we are helping clients to better protect and exercise their rights under the law.<\/p>\n

Sa razvojem i unapre\u0111enjem na\u0161eg dru\u0161tva sve je vi\u0161e prisutno stranaca u Republici Srbiji. Nezavisno od toga, da li se stranac ovde \u0161koluje ili trenutno radi u RS, postavljaju se slede\u0107a pitanja: regulisanja viza, boravka, stalnog nastanjenja stranaca, azila, razli\u010ditih mere prema stranim dr\u017eavljanima.<\/p>
Ta i druga pitanja regulisana su Zakonom o kretanju i boravku stranaca. Stranac je upu\u0107en na komunikaciju sa MUP-om i odeljenjem za strance koje ima tri Odseka: Odsek za statusna pitanja i kontrolu stranaca, Odsek za prihvat i sme\u0161taj stranaca i Odsek za azil.<\/p>
