Intellectual property is the subject of protection of intellectual rights. Intellectual property is not a concrete, material ownership of an object, but a right or a set of competencies that the legal system of the country recognized to the holder of intellectual property rights.<\/p>\n

Usage of Intellectual property is commercialization and exploitation of resources in the market. It can be divided in two categories:<\/p>\n

  1. Industrial property<\/strong> – which includes inventions (patents), trademarks, industrial designs, geographical indications and appellations of origin, topographies of integrated circuits and<\/li>\n
  2. Copyright and related rights<\/strong> – which includes works of literature, science and art.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Intelektualna svojina je predmet za\u0161tite intelektulanih prava. Intelektualna svojina nije konkretno, materijalno vlasni\u0161tvo nad nekim predmetom, ve\u0107 pravo odnosno skup ovla\u0161cenja koje pravni poredak zemlje priznaje imaocu prava intelektualne svojine.<\/p>

    Intelektualna svojina je komercijalizacija i eksploatacija dobara na tr\u017ei\u0161tu. Deli se u dve kategorije:<\/p>

    1. Industrijsku svojinu -<\/strong> koja podrazumeva pronalaske (patente), \u017eigove, industrijski dizajn, geografske oznake i oznake porekla, topografiju integrisanih kola i<\/li>
