In this regard, our office provides the following services:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>drafting premarital and marital agreements,<\/li>\n<li>representation in divorce proceedings and in litigation regarding alimony claims,<\/li>\n<li>representation in proceedings challenging or paternity \/ maternity<\/li>\n<li>representation in the adoption process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Inheritance means crossing hereditary rights and obligations of the decedent to other subjects &#8211; his successors.
